If you are just starting out, it is best to use free marketing, although you can continue to pay if you like and if you already have the money. Personally, I have never paid for online advertising on any websites and blogs. Maybe I leave money on the proverbial table by marketing this way, but my internet success over the years has been pretty good without it.
